We are a group of over 600 diverse individuals from all walks of life that work towards a common goal – successfully serving our clients. We value work ethic and personality over background and experience because we see people and projects for what they can be, not what they were. 

Our company pay ratio is more than 50% better than every single fortune 500 company because we value our people. We offer unlimited PTO, require work-life balance, prohibit overthinking typos in emails and mandate 35-hour work weeks (outside of turn of course) because our jobs do not define us.

Giving Back

TKS believes in giving back. That’s why we are company owned, have a way higher than normal company pay ratio, and prioritizes people over profit. In 2021, we started our TKS scholarship fund for CA’s that work at properties with us. The scholarship is 100% merit based heavily weighed off 3 factors: 1) prioritization and commitment to their property 2) Desire to assume more responsibility in their CA role and 3) how successfully they balance school, work, and life. 

TKS also partners up with WorthWhile – a brand that strives to aid in the rising stigma of anxiety, depression, and self-doubt by providing clothing with positive reminder. Our amazing Area Leader, Tyler Steigleman created WorthWhile 4 years ago and his goal of spreading positivity, love, and unity is what we should all strive to represent.
