Chris Bernal

Managing Partner

Chris founded TKS in the Spring of 2020 and largely focuses on the day-to-day operations of the business, new business pursuits, and developing employees. With the biggest eyes imaginable, Chris’s vision was to be a dependable supplier for clients while providing invaluable opportunities for team members. Chris resides in Austin Texas with his fiancé and two English Cream Golden Retrievers – Abby and Marley.

Previously, Chris did analytics and scouting for the NY Yankees, ATL Braves, and Houston Astros but was a very below average baseball player himself. His passions are unique jerseys, trying not to gain weight while not working out, and seeing how late you can arrive to the jet bridge while still making your flight.

Favorite TKS Memory: 2021 New Years in Miami – A personal trip taken with coworkers where I realized we were more family than co-workers

Favorite Part of The Job: Seeing capabilities in people that others do not and displaying resourcefulness
Most Challenging Turn Moment: A client fired their cleaners on day 3 of a 5 day turn and we flawlessly cleaned 115 bedrooms with time to spare

Kasey Spier

Director Of Operations

Kasey was promoted to Director of Operations in the fall of 2022. In total, she oversees 17 markets across the U.S managing just under $3.4 million in revenue. In the offseason, she heads government contracts, capital improvement projects, turn preparations all while single handedly keeping Lululemon in business.

Kasey’s passions are preparing for the Senior LPGA (only 17 more years until she’s eligible), critiquing coffee shops, and riding her Peloton. Prior to TKS, Kasey studied epidemiology and disease control at UTSA but ironically is a germaphobe. Kasey currently resides in Austin, TX.

Cameron Swihart

Director of Project Management

Cameron has worked with TKS for 3 years mainly focusing on student turns, project management operations, and government contracts. In total, he has worked in 37 markets and managed over $5 million in 3 years with TKS. In 2022 alone, Cameron turned over 7,500 beds – a company record.

In the offseason, Cameron is the King of Side Hustles and is one of those people that brings his own clubs to TopGolf. His new unrealistic 3-year goal is to break 100 (Kasey already did this). Cameron’s other hobbies include living and dying with every Alabama win and loss, striking good Facebook marketplace deals, rooftop bars and button-down jerseys on boats.

Favorite TKS Memory: Completing a 2,300 bed turn in 4 weeks.

Favorite Part of The Job: Figuring out how to improve efficiencies while maintaining quality standards

Laure Walker

Lead Support Manager

Laure Started with TKS in August 2020 to help facilitate the Morgantown, WV turn season. Laure brings more than 22 years of property management experience to TKS. With that experience, she moved into a support role for the great teams we have, facilitating a communications line between the teams and our clients. Laure strives to make turn less stressful by ensuring the t`s are crossed and the i`s dotted.

Laure lives in Morgantown, WV with her husband and fur-babies but will more likely be found in Columbia, SC where they enjoy lake life as much as they can. Between her and her husband, they have 7 kids and 8 grandkids, so as expected, she keeps our TKS family all in line!

Jenevieve Rios

Financial Operations Manager

Jenevieve was one of the first employees hired at TKS and this year’s 2022 Turn MVP. Jenevieve assisted in the launch and development of all financial operations including payroll for over 850+ employees over the last 3 years. She also assists with contracts, client communication, and project preparation throughout the year.
Jenevieve is extremely hard working, passionate, and occasionally snorts while laughing. Outside of work, Jen is committed to supporting women, building confidence through fitness coaching, hiking, hunting, and dancing – she’s literally always dancing (even when there is no music).
A New York native, Jenevieve now lives and works from home in the secluded Texas Hill Country on 27 acres with her husband and two dogs. She received her undergraduate degree at James Madison University and master’s degree from Texas State University. She was subsequently hired as the Fitness Director for Texas State University’s Campus Recreation Center. In 2017, she started her own online fitness/wellness company promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors.

Favorite TKS Memory: Getting my first $20,000 turn bonus in cash as a surprise (yes, she paid taxes on it) & earning 2022 TKS MVP

Ebly Sanchez

Area Partner

Ebly, commonly and incorrectly referred to as “Elby”, is a 2-year area leader for TKS and our 3rd highest grossing area leader. To date, Ebly has overseen 10 properties as an area leader in just 2 years managing over $1.5 million in revenue.
Ebly exudes the character, work ethic, humility, kindness and athleticism that exemplifies TKS… jk about the athleticism. He’s 0-1 in HORSE, 1-2 in pickleball, 0-3 in golf, and refuses to play us in ping pong. He’s a cross of Pitbull and Vin Diesel minus the voice and the strength.
A native Venezuelan, Ebly has also lived in Argentina, Brazil, and Sweden.

Bryanna Bradley

Director of Project Management

Bry joined TKS in 2021 as an onsite lead in Norman Oklahoma. She has progressed through our turn system and in just 1 year, she became an area partner of the 3rd largest property in our portfolio. She’s a tremendously passionate leader with exceptional character and compassion for her fellow team members. Her skills in turn unfortunately do not convey very well on the pickleball court where she recently finished 11th out of 10 players in a tournament.

A native Canadian, Bryanna is passionate about fitness, nutrition, the Houston rodeo, and tequila shots with an orange slice. She boasts an unprecedented 13,000 followers on Instagram which categorically makes her a verified influencer. Graduating from UTSA with a Bachelor of Communications degree, Bry is also a mom at home and unquestionably the mom of her TKS peers.
